The best way to effortlessly transition from an old reality to a new one is to be grateful for the old reality and the purpose it served in your life. When you embrace the pain or the pleasure that came with those experiences, you open yourself to experience the new.

Something in your life has to end for something to begin. You have to realize that everything you lose will be replaced by something better and more in alignment with your authentic self. The changes happening in your reality are not random, they are divinely aligned.

It's painful to let go off the old attachments, but the crumbling away of the old is inevitable on your life's journey. The more you accept these changes, the more effortlessly you'll ascend on your journey and welcome in the new blessings that await on your path. If you flow with the shifts and keep working on yourself, things will line up more and more in your favor. But resisting the process will push away even the blessings that may be in store for you.

It feels like something has ended. A new journey is going to begin for you. That's why the universe has to move and shift things in your life. You are not the same anymore, so your reality is not going to be the same anymore. You are experiencing shift after shift because you are ascending on your path.

Attune yourself into the frequency of the new reality. Your resilience and positive curiosity for the uncertainty will lead you in the reality you desire, sooner than you imagined.

Stay blessed. ~ LedByHeart #ledbyheart
